1. Service Nature
WarmPaw is an Apple Watch-first pet stress-relief companion app. It provides a relaxation score, HRV stress trend, Apple Watch status display, gentle reminders, relaxation records, and light entertainment reference content.
Palm, shichen, calendar, and fortune-related content is for entertainment reference, traditional-culture inspiration, and daily reflection only.
2. No Professional Advice
WarmPaw is not a medical device or mental health diagnosis tool. The relaxation score, trends, reminders, AI palm reading, shichen, directions, calendar tips, and suggestions in the app are not medical advice, mental health diagnosis, legal advice, investment advice, career advice, or other professional advice.
You should not make medical, financial, legal, career, or other major decisions based only on any score, prompt, or AI result in the app.
3. AI Palm Reading Boundaries
AI palm reading is not and should not be understood as any of the following:
- Predicting the future.
- Guaranteeing wealth, relationship, career, or health outcomes.
- Medical diagnosis, disease risk assessment, or treatment advice.
- Legal, investment, counseling, or career decision advice.
- Changing fate, changing luck, or providing certainty promises.
If AI output makes you uncomfortable or clearly does not match the entertainment reference positioning, stop using it and send feedback through the developer contact information on the App Store product page.
4. Sign-In and Basic Features
The home screen, Apple Watch app, widgets, basic relaxation features, and basic light-look content do not require sign-in. AI palm reading, account history, quota, and account deletion require Sign in with Apple.
Apple sign-in is used to bind the AI account, prevent abuse, show quota, save text history, and support account deletion.
5. Plus Entitlement and Purchases
WarmPaw Plus can be unlocked through monthly subscription, yearly subscription, or lifetime purchase. Specific benefits, prices, periods, and available purchase methods are based on the in-app display and the App Store purchase confirmation page.
Subscriptions are charged to and managed through your Apple ID. You can cancel subscriptions in system settings or App Store subscription management. Lifetime purchase is a one-time purchase, not a subscription.
6. Restore Purchases
If you change devices, reinstall the app, or purchase status is not synced in time, you can use the in-app Restore Purchases entry to let the app read purchase status returned by Apple again.
Restoring purchases does not create a new subscription and does not charge you again.
7. User Responsibility
You must make sure uploaded content was taken by you or that you have the right to use it. Do not upload other people’s palm photos, sensitive documents, nudity, illegal content, or content that infringes others’ rights.
You are responsible for judging how to use content in the app and for your own actions and decisions.
8. Availability
We work to keep the app stable and available, but we do not guarantee that interruptions, delays, failures, or display differences will never occur across all devices, system versions, network environments, Apple Watch configurations, HealthKit permission states, Apple services, or third-party AI services.
9. Data and Privacy
For how on-device profile data, HealthKit, Apple sign-in, AI palm photos, consent records, AI text results, StoreKit, and account deletion are handled, please read the Privacy Policy.
10. Intellectual Property
The app interface, copy, icons, visual assets, algorithm organization, and AI prompt design are protected by applicable laws. They may not be copied, distributed, or used commercially without permission.
11. Terms Changes and Contact
We may update these terms based on product changes, review requirements, or legal requirements. Continuing to use the app after an update means you accept the updated terms.
