1. Service Scope

WarmPaw is an Apple Watch-first pet stress-relief companion app. It combines on-device rhythm, optional Apple Health summaries, Apple Watch status, and light entertainment references to provide a relaxation score, HRV stress trend, gentle reminders, palm references, shichen references, and calendar tips.

WarmPaw provides daily relaxation companionship, light wellness reference, and entertainment inspiration only. It is not medical advice, mental health diagnosis, legal advice, investment advice, career advice, or other professional advice, and it does not provide fate prediction, outcome guarantees, or wealth promises.

2. Basic Features and On-Device Profile

The home screen, Apple Watch app, widgets, basic relaxation features, and basic light-look content do not require sign-in. You can use these basic features without logging in.

To personalize the experience, the app may store your preferred name, birth date, birth time or the choice that birth time is unknown, birth place text, time zone, reminder preferences, relaxation records, and locally generated display state on your device. This information is used for the iPhone, Apple Watch, widgets, and on-device presentation.

On-device profile data may be shared between your iPhone, Apple Watch, and widget extensions through App Groups and WatchConnectivity. Basic features do not upload full birth profile data to the developer server.

3. HealthKit Summaries

After you grant permission, WarmPaw reads necessary summaries from Apple Health to generate the relaxation score, HRV stress trend, tense-state reminders, and factor explanations on your device. Current types include HRV SDNN, resting heart rate, sleep analysis, and active energy summaries.

HealthKit summaries stay on your device. They are not uploaded to the developer server, sold, used for advertising or tracking, or sent to the AI palm reading flow. You can turn off Health permissions in system settings at any time.

4. Apple Sign-In and AI Account

AI palm reading, account history, quota, and account deletion require Sign in with Apple. Apple sign-in is used only to create and identify the AI account, prevent abuse, show quota, save text history, and support account deletion.

The server verifies the credentials returned by Apple. The Apple identity token and authorization code are used only for login verification and token exchange. The Apple subject and email are handled by hash or encryption and are not shown in plaintext in the admin console.

5. AI Palm Photos and Text Results

When you actively use AI palm reading, the app shows a consent page before upload. Only after you confirm consent will the app upload the palm photo, left/right hand choice, birth profile summary, current local shichen summary, consent version, and language. Your nickname is not uploaded.

The server processes the photo, removes metadata such as EXIF, and calls a third-party AI provider to generate an entertainment reference result. The server deletes the palm photo immediately after processing is complete. It does not save the original image, photo EXIF, or plaintext birth profile.

The server may save the AI text result, model name, prompt version, consent version, consent time, language, birth profile summary hash, error code, creation time, completion time, and account-level quota records. When you delete the AI account, these account-related text results and records are deleted as well.

6. Third-Party AI Services

AI palm reading is forwarded by the developer server to a third-party AI provider. The app does not include an OpenAI or other AI provider API key. Data handling by the third-party AI service follows its service policies and the retention settings we configure.

We instruct AI output to stay within entertainment reference, traditional-culture inspiration, and daily encouragement. We do not ask AI to provide medical diagnosis, disease risk assessment, treatment advice, investment advice, legal opinions, fate guarantees, or frightening judgments.

7. Plus Purchases and StoreKit

WarmPaw Plus can be unlocked through monthly subscription, yearly subscription, or lifetime purchase. Purchases, billing, refunds, and subscription management are handled by Apple StoreKit and the App Store.

The app reads purchase status returned by Apple to determine Plus entitlement, show validity, restore purchases, and sync on-device entitlement. The developer does not store your Apple payment card number.

8. Notifications and Reminders

If you enable notifications, the app uses local notifications to send relaxation reminders, tense-state reminders, or related prompts. Reminders are generated from on-device state and your settings, without uploading health summaries.

You can turn off notifications in the app or in system settings at any time.

9. Account Deletion

You can delete your AI account in the app. After deletion, the server deletes the account record, AI quota, consent records, AI text results, and related account log associations. If the server stores a refresh token for Apple revocation, it handles revocation during the deletion flow.

Deleting the AI account does not delete HealthKit data on your device and does not affect the basic home screen, Apple Watch, widgets, or on-device relaxation features that work without sign-in. The app also clears local AI login state and local AI history.

10. Children’s Privacy

WarmPaw is not directed to children and does not knowingly collect children’s personal information.

11. Policy Changes and Contact

We may update this Privacy Policy based on product changes, review requirements, or legal requirements. The public page will show the new update date after changes.
